World
is a part
of the Our initial target
market is in the consumer and commercial electronics
industries. The intent, in part, of pursuing this market
is to make available new and innovative products of
superior audio quality. AET World's primary
product line is based on a new method of capture,
conditioning and control of the audio signal both to and
through the personal computer (Mac and PC based). This
Patent Pending technology is accomplished by AET World's
newly developed platform known as BSACS (Broad
Spectrum Audio Control System). The BSACS advantages are
found in the internal integrated and interfaced
electronic circuitry and re-routing elements which
provide a multitude of options for audio input/output
selections of the digital audio signal (i.e., electronic
processing, routing, mixing, splitting and
amplification). As part of AET World's
vision, our initial product launch includes an
after-market consumer unit as an external plug-in device
to the existing PC. Rollouts to follow will include: a
mini-tower faceplate design, pro model rack mount unit, a
refined chip design and additional accessory devices to
compliment the functionality and applications of the
BSACS platform. AET World products
differ from those that are currently available in the
consumer electronics industry in that BSACS technology
offers an entirely new method of auto-switching
capabilities. BSACS delivers a precise and clean audio
signal path to the digital doorstep of digital
converters. Thus, true analog is processed, controlled,
conditioned, preserved and delivered in its purest state.
BSACS provides
pro-level audio with studio quality and low noise/low
distortion performance to the Apple Macintosh and PC hard
drives. Thus, BSACS delivers pure audio with no
degradation of fidelity. Also, decibel ratings have been
calibrated to match EIA industry standards. The goal of AET World
is to become a recognized leader in the electronic
engineering industry by continuing the pursuit of
excellence for quality and leading edge technologies for
the computer industry. We strive for advancements that
are realistic, applicable, tested and reliable &endash;
creativity, innovation and vision drive our research and
development focus. Partnering Alliances
are critical to success in the evolving arena of
technological advancements and we at AET World are
seeking industry leaders that are open to discussion of
potential licensing agreements, venture capital investing
or in distributing BSACS into the market
place. AET World was founded
as a The major challenge
AET World faces is the initial product launch of our
after-market unit in the United States. We intend to
respond to this challenge by aggressively pursuing key
business partner alliances with industry leaders in the
consumer electronics industry. Licensing Agreements are
the favored preference we will attempt to obtain, but we
are not against negotiating with venture capital
offerings. The major
opportunities available to AET World are the Patent
Application, domain registration (www.aetworld.com and
www.thesounddomain.com), toll-free telephone
identification (866-AET-WORLD), trademarks for the
company logo and brand name (AET World ,
BSACS and Mac Farlane) and copyright filings
of key materials. Also, we have completed initial design
elements in moving our technology from its original
through-hole design to SMT design and have a contractual
agreement with a reputable contract manufacturer.
AET World intends to
progressively move forward with the initial product
launch of our after-market unit (Mac Farlane 1112) during
the second quarter of 2002. Preliminary contact has been
made with retailers (Best Buy, Comp USA, and Tandy
Corporation) commercial leaders (such as Apple, Compaq
and Dell) as well as communications giants such
Southwestern Bell and Clear Channel
Communications. Discussions have taken
place with Compaq Corporation, Texas Instruments and with
key personnel in the Los Angeles market. Other design
considerations were generally discussed &endash; Compaq
has shown interest in our auto-switching capabilities,
T.I. has shown interest in looking at our design for chip
considerations and California contacts have shown
interest in adopting our technology into an entertainment
franchising package. Corporate interest is apparent, but
nothing definitive has been negotiated nor approved as of
yet. AET World has
implemented preliminary procedures for credit card
authorization and payments for the sale of units via our
website (www.aetworld.com). Web design and infrastructure
for Internet communications are now being deployed.
Package design will soon follow the enclosure's mold
approval and copyright materials are currently on
schedule for printing purposes. We believe that buyers
and/or alliance partners will find the competitive
benefits of BSACS technology compelling enough that we
will be able to build sales and establish a solid market
position quickly. MARKET SECTORS FOR
