uncontrolled circulation electronic magazine with a
World-Wide base circulation of any broadcaster that
has a computer connected to the world wide web. It
reaches executives of every major HighTech and
Wireless industry, Finance, TV station and major TV
networks in the world, as well as the newly
morphosing World-Wide Internet computer audio/video
broadcaster and technophobe (which is estimated
to reach as high as 250,000,000) -- by the year
2010.
All copy must be submitted
for offset reproduction, camera ready. Negatives
must be right-reading, emulsion side up. Include
register marks on outside margins. Up to 175-line
screen for all four-color, up to 150-line screen
for all black & white and two-color.
All material not called for
after six months will be destroyed. Artwork,
illustrations, layout, lettering, retouching,
outlining, stripping, surprinting, reverses,
photos, extra proofing, excessive or special
typesetting, and conversion of negs to
right-reading, emulsion up will be billed extra.
Use of special inks including PMS matched inks will
incur extra costs.

Special Units
All special units such as
gatefold, special positioning, nonstandard unit
sizes or inks, etc., requiring other than normal
printing treatment must be discussed in advance
with publisher to establish feasibility and
rates.
Pre-printed inserts,
furnished to our mechanical specifications for
binding, will be priced at applicable black and
white, one page rate plus 20%.
Insert cards must conform
to postal regulations and must be submitted for
approval 30 days prior to normal closing date for
issue. Minimum size 4" x 6". Live matter must be
1/4" from trim. Check with publisher for specific
requirements for each issue.
Special Position
Orders specifying
positions other than covers on a preferred or
request basis will be accepted but specified
position is not guaranteed unless written approval
from the publisher has been obtained.
Contract
& Copy Regulations
Advertisers who within a
12-month period from the date of first insertion
fail to run the number of insertions upon which
their billings have been based will be short-rate
billed at the next highest rate actually
earned.
All rates are subject to
change without notice. Contract rates remain in
effect for duration of contract.
All orders are
non-cancelable after closing date for each
issue.
All verbal instructions
regarding contract or insertions must be confirmed
in writing.
Advertising placed by an
agency or the Advertising Department or wholly
owned division of a company becomes the credit
responsibility of that agency or company, and it
will be held responsible for payment for all
services and space purchased for a client or in its
behalf.
Covers are non-cancelable
after 30 days prior to closing date.
